Jak vybrat správnou velikost rámu?
Velikostí rámu kola se rozumí vzdálenost mezi středovou osou a koncem sedlové trubky rámu. Velikost se udává zpravidla v palcích (1 palec = 2,54 cm) nebo v centimetrech. Velikosti se mohou nepatrně odlišovat dle značky kola nebo konstrukce rámů.

Všeobecné doporučení je, že velikost rámu horského kola se volí tak, aby cyklista stojící obkročmo nad kolem měl horní (vodorovnou) rámovou trubku asi 5 cm od rozkroku.
